Ruth Seabright & Keith Sickler are passionate Virtues Project facilitators based in Hamilton. This website will detail up coming courses, share information, and provide links to like minded communities, courses, projects and events.

Ruth has been working in the early childhood sector for over 12 years. Originally an administrator, Ruth saw the need for a centralised pool of qualified and unqualified relievers to support Early Childhood services and set up ECE Consultants in 2002.

Over the years Ruth has worked with many centres, teachers, and educators through ECE Consultants providing innovative staffing solutions and working collaboratively with employees to provide flexible lifestyle choices. ECE Consultants always strived to met the needs of the centres and the employees alike while at the same time charging reasonable fees and going the extra mile.  Acceptance, understanding and unity were our core Virtues.

As the business evolved Ruth came in contact with The Virtues Project in 2008.  Struck by the possibilities The Virtues Project had to offer not only the children, and families within the Early Childhood sector, but also the staff and their families Ruth made a commitment to bring The Virtues Project to the Waikato Early Childhood community.

Ruth and Keith completed training to the Facilitator level and have been running workshops for the Early Childhood sector since 2009.

Since the sale of ECE Consultants late 2010, Ruth has committed to continuing to spread the Virtues word through workshops, connection groups, and networking.
